Renew IV Cancellation Policy

At Renew IV, we strive to provide high-quality mobile IV therapy services at your convenience. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we’ve developed the following cancellation policy to ensure fair treatment for all clients while respecting our time and resources.

1. Cancellation Notice
To avoid any charges, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients in need of our services.

2. Late Cancellations (Less than 48 hours notice)
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee of the total treatment cost will be charged. This helps cover the costs of reserved time and resources.

3. No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, a 100% charge of the total treatment cost will be applied. Please note that the appointment time is exclusively reserved for you, and no alternative can be provided for missed sessions.

4. Late Arrival
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your session, depending on availability. If we are unable to perform the treatment due to the late arrival, you will still be charged for the full appointment.

5. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur the same fees as cancellations.

6. Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and make accommodations where possible.

7. Refund Policy
If a cancellation is made in accordance with this policy, any applicable refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, minus any cancellation fees. Please allow time for processing.
